Students with a passion for story-telling through song and dance - who register for a four or six week session - will be right at home as they collaborate to build and inhabit a spectacular world of musical theater. Students will be cast in one of our four musical productions set to be performed on our outdoor Courtyard Stage, our intimate Globe Theater, or our 850 seat Proscenium Main Stage.

Students with a passion for Dramatic Acting - who register for a two-week session - will explore theater through improvisational games, character building exercises, and scene production. Students will be cast and will perform in fully-realized short plays in one of our Take Ten Festivals held on the last Thursday and Friday evenings of each session.

Students with a passion for Dramatic Acting - who register for a four or six week session - will enjoy a rich exploration of acting - from table work to improvisation to character construction and trust building exercises. Students will be cast and will ultimately perform in a full-length comedy or drama staged in either our Black Box or Nook Theater.

Students with a passion for Technical Theater will explore and exercise the Elements of Design in this “hands on” learning experience. Training in Stage Management, Set, Light, Sound, and Costume Design compliment each students’ personalized journey. In addition to their training, students will apply their learning in technical roles that support our season of productions.

Students with a passion for story-telling through Film and Video will explore the process of movie making from inception to realization. Each contributor gains a unique sense of ownership as they build and share the commercials and short films that they collaborated to write, act, direct, design, and produce.

Students entering their junior year of high school are eligible to apply for our Junior Leadership Intensive, a six-week journey with an emphasis on high performance values, collaboration, and communication. Every day, Junior Leaders are provided opportunities to grow as individual artists, members of a team, and teachers of the next generation. Active participants learn that personal success is directly linked to the success of the whole, and gain an invaluable understanding of their responsibility for both.
